This is a 2BR, 1BA house that has many recent updates including new paint, flooring and a new roof. It is located at the end of the street on the backside of the Utica Mill Hill and has a nice private yard and a nice big front porch. Refrigerator and stove can be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please drive by the house before calling to make an appointment to see the house. We also ask that you have your deposit of $650 ready before we show you the house. We are finishing some work on the house over the next few days, and it should be move-in ready in a week. We do allow 1 animal and the pet fee is $150. No Pit Bulls are allowed. We do supply 2 window air conditioners, and the heat is electric baseboard heat. The only utility needed is electric.
