(with approval, please call for more info.)Background check and references required, but no credit check. 1 year lease required. $1100 month +$1100 Deposit, Security deposit needed to hold the apartment. NO indoor smoking of ANY kind allowed and no 420 grow operations. No additional monthly amount or deposit required for pets. No portion of deposit is non-refundable because of the pets either.
