    This 2.0385 acre lot has two residential units built upon it. One was built about 1932 and the second unit was built about 2003. Both residences are each equipped with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, dining area and living room. The original residence has a kitchen with a gas range, refrigerator and counter top microwave. There is a bath on the first floor and a washer-dryer hook-up in the first floor laundry room. A separate dining room, and living room are also located on the first floor. The living room has a front porch entrance from the outside and is accessed from the kitchen and the dining room. The second floor has two bedrooms and one full bath. Heat is provided by a propane gas forced air furnace and the house is cooled by electric air-conditioning. A basement/cellar and crawl space area is accessed from the kitchen only, there is no outside entrance. Located here is a propane gas hot water heater and a propane gas forced air furnace along with the well water pressure tank and the electric breaker box. The newer structure (cottage) is a one story structure with two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room-dining room combo and a kitchen area with an island supporting the propane gas cook-top and electric oven. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a built-in microwave oven. The cottage is equipped with a propane gas forced air furnace, a propane gas hot water heater and forced air electric air-conditioning. An attached three car garage with an additional bath complements the property. There is also a building adjacent to the cottage which could serve as another detached garage or equipment storage. A new drainfield was constructed in 2003 to serve both the old and new two bedroom residences. The drainfield has two septic tanks, one for each residence, and one distribution box to feed into the single drainfield. A well was drilled for the original residence about 1978. The well serves both residences and the single water pressure tank is located in the original residence. The property has been assigned two Tax ID numbers by the Fauquier County, Virginia, Commissioner of Revenue's office. The second Tax ID number is 7906-62-1438-000. The property is being sold "As Is" by the Trustees of Broad Run Baptist Church.
