There is no street parking at the property and the back parking lot is reserved for guests and maintenance only. Garage parking is available, assigned spaces are $60 per month. The beautiful grounds are professionally landscaped during the Spring, Summer and Fall. During the Winter, we provide snow removal and salting services. 24 hour emergency service is available by phone after business hours. Landlord pays gas (heat), trash, water and sewage utilities.
