The 2 bathrooms are full bathrooms including a tub/shower combo.Also located on the garden level are the laundry room, locker rooms and garages.Each tenant is assigned one indoor parking space in the garage. For convenience, there is a back parking lot for guests and for our tenants to rent an outdoor spot on an availability basis.The beautiful grounds are professionally landscaped during the Spring, Summer and Fall. During the Winter, we provide snow removal and salting services.Our tenants are provided with a telephone number for emergencies that may occur after regular business hours.The building is intercom entry accessed and a key is needed to get into all of the common entrances. A security alarm is automatically armed between the hours of 12:00am and 6:00am which can be disarmed only by an alarm key provided to our tenants when they take occupancy of an apartment.For any further information or to make an appointment, please contact us between the hours of 9am and 5pm during the week.Owner pays gas heat, trash, water and sewage utilities.
