This is a large, first floor, two bedroom unit (it's the only unit on the first floor) with a good amount of closet/storage space. The building is located on a nice block in the Cedar Park area, close to public transportation and is directly across the street from the beautiful Malcolm X Park. It has it's own entrance, private backyard access and front porch. Tenant pays gas (stove, heat and hot water), and electric. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs in our properties. First, Last and Security (three month's rent) are needed to move in. In order to qualify, you must make at least three times the rent monthly ($2,700), and have a good rental history. Credit score will also be taken into account, but isn't the deciding factor.
