The Bozeman Retreat: Unit A offers a comfortable living space for its guests. Just seven blocks from downtown and only a few blocks from midtown in the 'old' part of Bozeman, the Retreat is within walking distance from many downtown Bozeman destinations. The highly efficient contemporary home was built in 2021. It features a fully stocked kitchen, local TV with Roku, excellent WiFi, a stereo with Bluetooth, washer & dryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, filtered non-chlorinated water, in-floor heating, new appliances including an induction stove, and welcoming decor. The Retreat is very clean. Both bedrooms offer new queen mattresses with mattress and pillow covers, and the duvet covers are laundered after each stay. The second floor deck faces east making it a great place to enjoy a sunrise with coffee or a cool evening with alpine glow on the nearby mountains around sun set. Unit A features off street parking. Unit A offers guests two full baths. The master bedroom has its own clawfoot tub. There is storage space for two mountain bikes in the main floor foyer. The WiFi speed is 114 Mbps Down and 10.4 Mbps Up. The retreat is owned by a long-time Bozeman resident and co-managed by another long-time Bozeman local. Both of whom are welcoming, informative, and "gracious hosts". There is a $1000 fully-refundable deposit for stays of 30 days or more. The rent includes utilities, garbage, water, WiFi, and one cleaning at check out. There will be a mid-stay for stays that are greater than 30 days. That additional cleaning fee is $195. The rate may vary for stays less than 15 days. There is a completely separate unit on this property that is rented out as a short-term rental.
