The house is located on a huge lot, on a safe and quiet neighborhood street. There are many fruit trees in the yard- pears, plums, apples, cherries, and blackberries. Bake fresh blackberry and apple pies from your own yard! Or press fresh apple cider in the fall.
We have 100 feet of private beachfront and a private dock. Dig up your own steamer clams for delicious spaghetti. Or take a kayak out in the harbor to collect crab and make fresh crab cakes or sushi. Catch salmon just north of the harbor and come home to BBQ cedar planked salmon on your back deck.
Our yard is filled with wildlife- deer visit daily and sleep in the upper yard; Mama deer hides her babies in the bushes each spring; otters frolic in the yard with their new baby pups and build their den on the beach below; osprey teach their young to fish; 4 eagles live here year round and often rest on the dock; seals, sea lions and porpoises live year-round in the harbor. Orcas even visit from time to time!
Winters are so cozy in this home, with two wood-burning fireplaces perfect for roasting marshmallows and watching the snow fall over the ocean.

Main ground level has master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two other bedrooms, second full bathroom, office, laundry room, and large open concept kitchen/dining/living area that opens onto a huge deck with hot-tub and grilling station. Huge windows in the living/kitchen area and master bedroom look out at the ocean. You'll never tire of the spectacular sun rises. The downstairs level has two more bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, and a large playroom/media room with pool table.

Tenant must pay for WiFi (it's wired for 1 gig speed), gas (oven/range), electricity (ac, hot tub, lights, heat, water heater).
Because the house is on a septic, there can be a maximum of 4 (possibly 5) permanent tenants (family with 2-3 kids?). It's possible to do a max of two loads of laundry a day and one load of dishes each day.
Pets welcome on case by case basis. $50/month pet fee
Owner is not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property, especially the hot tub, beach, dock, ocean, boats.
The house is semi-furnished (there is wiggle room to discuss more/less furnishing). The roof, back deck, master bathroom, laundry room and kitchen are all newly remodeled.
The hot tub is in good working order but will be drained upon move in. It is up to the tenant if they want to fill and use the hot tub. Hot tub maintenance responsibility falls upon the tenant.
To respect the privacy of our current tenants, the house will only be shown to serious applicants who submit an application, background check, and have a credit score over 700.
