This cute little bungalow in Gulfport is available for short term rental from July 1st 2025 to January 1st 2026 (Exact dates are flexible by a few days). The home is fully furnished with everything you may need. A fully stocked kitchen with a toaster, coffee maker. Please note: No pantry essentials. Each room has a queen bed - all linens and towels can be provided. You have a washer and dryer on site. Wifi is covered by owner and you will be responsible for electricity and utilities (Includes water). Landscaping service is included twice a month and a cleaning service is available upon request in which you will be responsible. The home has parking available for 2 cars and is pet friendly with a pet deposit of ($300) . This home is ideal for a professional, a remote worker/ traveling nurse or someone wanting to get away. We are located 30 minutes from Tampa, 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete and within a 15 minute radius to all the wonderful beaches. If you will be traveling solo and need any support, you will direct access to the owners number. Owner pays for Wifi and landscaping. Renter is responsible for Utilities and Electricity - both of these are dependent on how much water you use/ electricity is used - the monthly bill can vary.
