1st floor unit with front and rear entrances. Rear deck overlooking quiet, green backyard. Very clean and comfortable 2BR convenient to downtown Arbutus, Baltimore, I95 and universities. 2 additional identical units available In the building later this month.

Street parking only. No w/d in units, but there is a laundromat two blocks away. No central air, tenants must supply their own a/c units.
There is a central boiler that provides heat and hot water for all apartments. Tenants split the oil bill for this. We are anticipating HVAC upgrade in 2022 or 2023 at which point each unit will be responsible for its own heating and air conditioning and possibly water heater bill.
Tenant water bill = each unit pays 20% of total building bill, due monthly.
Fuel Oil Bill (for radiator heat and hot water) = tenant pays 20% of total building bill.
Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
