This is an efficiency unit with private entrance, parking space located in a rural setting near Falls Lake, Brier Creek, Duke Hospital, Downtown and more. It is furnished with queen bed, reclining love seat, washer/dryer, screened porch, indivdually programmed heat/air, small private yard area overlooking pond and forest. A dog under 50 lbs. is accepted, provided it gets along with the dog and cat I have and who use the back yard (sep from yours) quiet a bit and that you are home to take care of it. There is a refrigerator (apartment sized...not the tiny one), and microwave. Our neighbors are friendly but not intrusive (unless invited). Rent includes water/electric (provided that utilities are used responsibly). Cable/internet is not included and has not yet been hooked up for this unit. This efficiency is located as an attachment at the rear of my garage. There is one step to enter/exit. Smoking is allowed outside and is an absolute deal breaker to smoke inside at any point. Pet policy is - one dog under 50 lbs. provided it is compatible with the other animals and people living in this community. All other details can be discussed at the next stage of the rental process.
