No more than five residents can occupy the space. A non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required via cashiers check. The deposit will be used as the cleaning/pet deposit. First month's rent and half of last month's rent (credit score dependent) will also be due at the signing of the lease via cashiers check. Renters are required to show proof of income as well as provide one previous rental reference. Lease terms are minimum 3 months up to a year. This is a non-smoking property. A garage parking space as well as two driveway spots are provided. Owner will be responsible for all maintenance at the home including landscaping. Any additional damage to the property, above and beyond wear and tear, will be charged directly to the resident.
