This is a tiny home with all the appliances needed such as a washer, dryer, and stove. The utilities provided are fiber optics wifi, water, garbage removal, and electricity. These utilities are included in the monthly rent. The tiny home is located on Miller Branch Road, a gravel road which is off of Fox Creek Road located near the Yancey /Madison line. It is a half mile ride on Miller Branch to the tiny home. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a bathroom and shower, a living room, and bedroom. It is partially furnished with a daybed frame and table. There are two televisions. If you call me, I will text you pictures. The porch of the home sits above an Aviary with pigeons, chickens, ducks, and one goose. On the same property are the owner's home, and a cottage with our son and his wife. Also on the premises are two sheep and three little pigs. Our location is ideal because we are on a creek that can be heard everywhere. We're out in the woods, so to speak, but we're seven minutes from the highway and located twenty minutes from Asheville, fifteen minutes from Weaverville, ten minutes from Mars Hill, and in the other direction there's Burnsville and Spruce Pine-- so convenience to every surrounding town is a plus.
