We're renting our Mesa home in Santa Barbara from 6/15/2026 to 7/31/2026 while we're visiting family abroad, and if you'd like to stay for the full 1.5 months, we'll offer a discounted total of $15,000 for the entire period. The home is within walking distance of the beach, Elings Park, Douglas Family Preserve, and the Mesa shopping centers and restaurants. Single-level, fully furnished Mesa home with a large landscaped yard and ocean views. It is located on a third of an acre with only one true neighbor. Lots of privacy! Beautiful garden, fully fenced (front and back), with multiple patios and terraces for outdoor dining and entertaining. Enjoy fruit trees, raised garden beds, BBQ, fire pit, and rinsing off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Bright and airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with mid-century modern furniture. Large bedrooms, each with sliding doors leading out to the backyard. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed.
