More about us: We are a working family of 4, two kids age 5 & 2. We are all generally up and about between 7-7:30am on weekdays and 8-8:30am on weekends and kids are in bed by 8. The house is generally quiet between 8pm and 7am. We host occasional gatherings (not so much in covid-times). We host a nanny share 3-4 days/week with one other toddler and our beloved nanny. Our 5 year old is in school and our 2 year old will likely be off to preschool next year. We love to travel and go on adventures be it on a bike-packing trip or just around the neighborhood. But also like to stay snuggled up at home or puttering around the backyard, garden or garage. We do love to have an occasional dance party with the kids :) Terms can be further discussed, but we are interested in a long term tenant (our last tenant was with us for 3 years). Though due to the nature of this living situation (it does get noisy, our 25 pound toddler can sound like an elephant at times) a good fit for both parties is important. We would offer a 3 month "trial period" before signing a longer lease. Sorry, no pets. No smoking of any kind. No tobacco.
