You won't have to share a wall with anyone else and you will have your own private back porch. Plenty of parking on a gravel drive way. The house is privately owned and the owners live in the house directly behind yours, so you won't be dealing with a corporate rental company. The owners want to make sure that you are happy and comfortable in your home and will be able to respond quickly for any issues. Washer/Dryer included (it's a combination w/d in one tank for small loads). Heating units installed in each room. Brand new carpet in the living room was installed 08-27-2025. Brand new over-the-range microwave, which was installed in August 2025. Pets negotiable. Income needs to be 3x the monthly rent to qualify. One year or longer lease preferred for renters.
