Shared spaces include 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and 2.5 bathrooms. Common areas are fully furnished, including kitchenware. Kitchen has two shared refrigerators. All bathrooms have been remodeled in the past 3 years. Street parking is generally easy to find in front. Renters must adhere to house rules, including weekly chores to keep the house clean. Only 5 easy blocks to University of Portland. The owner has a small dog living at the house. Tenants' pets are not allowed.
