4. Smart Home Features allows you to access your locks remotely using your computer or mobile device, you can review access activity remotely, create access codes for visitors or other family members. This Smart Home Automation feature is mandatory which will be $14.95 per month.
PET POLICY
1. We require $300 non-refundable fee each pet and $25 add-on for your first pet and $10 add-on for each succeeding pet on top of the rent per month maximum of 3.
2. Restricted Breeds such as Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bully, Wolf Dog, Great Dane, Husky, Bullterrier, Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Chow, Pitbull, Doberman, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, ARE NOT ALLOWED
3. For Emotional Support or Service Animals, NO CHARGES will be applied.
4. We require a pet application which will be $35 each pet excluding Emotional support and Service animals.
