Each home has been carefully designed with our resident's wants/ needs in mind while providing excellent customer care and keeping engaged with the community.
Weaver Creek features homes that are spacious and affordable, with water, sewer, trash, cable and internet provided. Resident's pay electric only!
The resort style pool, hot tub, 24 hour fitness center, tanning, DVD library, business center, game room, gift wrapping, car care center, dog park, & playground are all free to use.
We are a pet friendly community, with restrictions. We love our fur baby residents and have complimentary treats at the office and host occasional pet events.
