House is not on sewers but septic tank and i’ve pumped it only once or twice. i was fined by the health department and ordered to do some repairs of which i half did but i’ve paid no fines. it has been smoked in for 30 years by at least four different people at all times. Two people have died in my home. The basement leaks and the wiring is outdated but i’m sure someone could fix this little money pit right on up.
