Comes furnished including a bed, TVs, dressers, couch, tables, and chairs. Comprehensive screening report required. Will accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report. Information that may be looked at in the screening process includes: a) the prospective tenant's criminal history; (b) the prospective tenant's eviction history; (c) an employment verification; (d) the prospective tenant's address and rental history; (e) monthly income; And (f) credit report. Property owner pays electric, water/sewer, and waste management. Tenant is responsible for assisting with getting trash cans to the curb on garbage day, and Wi-Fi. Tenant will pay to replace any destroyed or missing furnishings provided by the property owner. First and last month's rent as well as security deposit due at signing. An additional $100 per month and a $500 security deposit will be added to the lease price for pets. One dog or cat is allowed. One off street parking space will be provided, additional parking is available on the street. Gate to property should be closed after entering or leaving the property. The tenant has not successfully completed the move out process until the property owner is handed the key to the property in person or is emailed of its whereabouts and has acknowledged said whereabouts via email. Lease will auto renew each month unless termination is given.
