The Stone Cottage was built around 1930 and features a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom and laundry room in addition to four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It's walls are one-foot thick limestone with a malpais rock foundation. The previous owner re-wired the house & converted the second floor attic into a unit. In 2012, the Seller upgraded the house by removing the whole first floor to the crawl space, added footings & joists, replaced all plumbing, insulating and replaced the floor. The residents pay all utilities and a security deposit at lease.
