Spring through fall, a farmers market is open Tues, Fri and Sat around the corner from the apartment, and a greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth and Carolinas Medical Center. The streetcar to Uptown is a 10-minute walk away. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee.
