Nest products and detergents are included. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, table, and chairs. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
