    Meticulously maintained home with so much more space than appears from the outside. Located in Burlington City, close to All Saints Church and School and Wilbur Watts School. The main roof was inspected when the new roof on the back addition was replaced 3 months ago, and it is reportedly in very good condition. The enclosed front room, which allows entry into this home, is so charming and does have baseboard heat to provide additional living space. The living room is very spacious and leads into the dining room and the eat-in kitchen which has an abundance of cabinets and countertops. Although a little dated by today's standards, it is very functional and does not need to be replaced unless you desire a cosmetic change.
