Fully furnished, just bring your suitcases. Due to football traffic, we need a commitment for the fall semester at least Aug 15-December 1. The room has a lovely queen size sleigh bed, large internet (no cable) TV, couch, fully stocked kitchen with microwave, full size fridge, and induction heating unit. Full bathroom, private entrance, private parking and a really wonderful outdoor seating area to enjoy the nature of this gorgeous property. Free laundry on site. We welcome pets with additional rent (25.00/mo) and a non-refundable deposit of 200.00 for cleaning after pets have stayed with us. Our leases are "guest stays" for short term renters.
