Both apartments (51 + 53 Whipple St.) were de-leaded and are now lead safe. They are freshly painted. New electric stoves/ovens/gas heaters were installed in both apartments. Vinyl tiles were installed in the kitchen in both apartments. In apartment 51, laminate floors were installed in the 2 bed rooms, living room and dining room. A new referigerator was also installed in apartment 53 Whipple St.
