I am looking to lease out my room starting March 1st until July 31st , but I could have the room ready by February 27th. Rent is 533 . It's a nice bedroom and an awesome location on Spring Street, a block right off of St. Phillip street and in the heart of downtown Charleston. The closet is large, the bathroom is a jack-and-jill that you will be sharing with a female but there is still privacy. One roommate is on the other end of the house. As a dental student, he is gone everyday from 7 am to 9pm. The other roommate is a junior in college and works food and bev, so she is gone a lot also. There are two entertaining, lovable cats and we have had no allergy issues with them. Washer and dryer included, spacious living room and plenty of counter space in the kitchen. Utilities are reasonable and internet is free. We don't have cable but it can be discussed. The landlord requires first months rent, last months rent, and the security deposit when you sign.
