The home has spring water, so the only utility you pay for is electric. There is no water bill because the home in on spring water-- it has a regular filter as well as a UV. That means the jacuzzi bath tub is filled with pure, clean water at no cost to you. There is endless free firewood for the wood stove, three mini splits (one in each room), and dehumidifiers for the summer (in addition to the ones in the mini split). You have to either pay for garbage service through WastePro or take the trash yourself ($1 per can for garbage and recycling is free at Buncombe Transfer Station). I did all the work to this home myself. I care a lot about the property and the folks who reside in it-- I am quick to fix any issues. I provide Stihl backpack blower and weed eater-- either you maintain the yard to levels in the lease or I have someone you can pay to do so.
