Because of the opening of new Hiatus Road, the house is only one traffic light way from 595 to the south, and one light away from Sunrise Blvd to the north, so you can get to almost anywhere in a couple of minutes. 595 in 2 minutes, Sunrise Blvd in 3 minutes, Sawgrass Mall in 4 to 5 minutes and the same for Markem Park, Central Park or Broward Mall.
