I live in the house and rent two rooms, so we are three people in total. I have a three-year-old deaf boxer named Stella. She is very friendly but generally sticks with me. Care must be taken because she is deaf (i.e., keeping the front gate shut, etc.). 1400.00 rent includes wifi, utilities, and shared household goods, which I buy (TP, PT, dish soap, trash bags, sponges, and items as needed). A "last month" (1400.), non-refundable payment is due at signing. The first month (1400.) and a half-month security deposit (700.) are required at signing, yet to be deposited three days (March 29th) before the move-in date (April 1st). There is some storage space in the basement if required. There is no parking space for renters, but the street is a non-residential parking zone (no sticker required). Generally, there are spaces out front.
