The guest house has two stories, with a first floor master bedroom, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a 70-inch flat screen TV, and access to a stunning backyard, complete with a goldfish pond. The guest house is new, built in 2018, and stylishly appointed. It is accessible via the property's main driveaway, with on-street parking available. Each floor has a full walk-in closet, and all utilities are included. Our family lives on the property, in the main house. The guest house is available for short-term renters, with leases of up to 6 months, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis after that. Leases of up to 6 months, with the option to go month-to-month after that. All utilities are included in the price of rent, including water, electricity, trash removal, and Internet. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit, as are large gatherings. We ask that all renters respect our quiet neighborhood and limit noise past 10 p.m. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There are typically several spaces available every day.
