Just bought $1,600 worth of new carpet on 5/15/18 to be laid in this house. 1 room left to be painted. Reduced price to sale. 2x lower than my zestimate home value. Will take reasonable offer to whomever would like to finish the work. Long timely process that I don't have. Just need out from under it. Expenses for 2 homes is too much.
