The charm of this 1920's cottage is sure to make you feel right at home! You will be located on a spread out property that has a shared driveway with two other homes, one of which the owners live in. The home is still private enough on it's own, but you are welcome to walk down and enjoy the direct lake access! There is a third room that is currently set up as an office so you can work from the comfort of home during your stay. Call, text or email to set up a viewing of the home. No pets are allowed in the home, no parties or gatherings of any kind on the property, no smoking. Power and internet are included in the rent. If staying longer than 3 months, the power will need to be transferred into your name and be paid for separately by tenant. One uncovered parking space will be available right outside the home, and possibly one additional car can be accommodate upon request. The home is not directly lakefront, but you will be on a property that has direct lake access - swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. On any lease term shorter than 6 months, guests are required to pay sales tax and VAT tax that totals 12.5%.
