We're a warm and creative trio that likes to socialize now and then but cherishes our own private time and spaces. We share common areas , including a large yard with garden and chickens, which I maintain. Financial/rental/personal references required. Tenant must be stable, clean, and courteous, able to openly communication about the usual housemate topics. Home and yard is non-smoking/vaping/drugs.
