Available bedroom is ~110 s.f. with hardwood floors, large closet and views of trees and backyard. Room for a small desk, dresser, etc. in the room; Laundry and parking provided; utilities included. Queen bed base and bedside table available, other furnishings negotiable/on the way. Additional work and hangout space in the common areas and porch/patio on the way. It's a safe and walkable neighborhood, close to trails, parks, waterfront, Fairhaven historic/shopping district; WWU; bus stops down the street. Major remodel is finishing up and I am finishing interior details. Bedrooms and bathrooms are done except interior window trim, kitchen is functional but needs a few finishing touches. We're a warm and creative trio that likes to socialize now and then but cherishes our own private time and spaces. We share common areas , including a large yard with garden and chickens, which I maintain. Financial/rental/personal references required. Tenant must be stable, clean, and courteous, able to openly communication about the usual housemate topics. Home and yard is non-smoking/vaping/drugs. I am hoping for a 6-month commitment, which can be renewed on mutual agreement.
