The beautiful Petit Jean Mountain is approximately a 15 minute drive and a lovely place to visit often. No smoking is allowed. No pets. I am going to be very picky as to whom I rent to and I will inspect this property frequently. I will not tolerate non-payment and that's a quick way to terminate your lease. There will be a late payment of $10 a day applied for any late payment. Any yardwork will be the tenants responsibility. I do respond quickly to necessary repairs and I'm very easy to deal with. I just want the property taken very good care of and payment with no problems.
