This bathroom has a tub and lots of room for bathroom storage. The back yard is small. There is a large two car garage with additional space for tools or a shop. Over sized single car garage with an extra work/storage building. Garage has lots of outlets and lights. concrete floor and remote opener. Basement is not usable, it is a small basement with the water heater and furnace. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
