Hello, My name is Alan and I have a month to month tenant that is planning to by Oct 1 and will have a room available to rent. $1000 will include all utilities and of course access to the kitchen/living room/laundry. Additionally, I have a modest gym in my garage (squat rack, rowing machine) and a nice big yard with a garden and fire pit. You're welcome to do gardening or whatever in the yard. I have a 3 bedroom ranch style house in Garner. One of those bedrooms is a fully furnished office and the living room/kitchen are fully stocked as well. The room you will be renting is not furnished. I can get fresh shower curtains for the bathroom. I'll attach what pictures I have right now, but can get more if you're interested. About the other tenant: Early 40s man, with a day job. Very quiet, respectful, and clean. Any smoking will need to be outside, no pets. 1 month notice to vacate, but long term leases and extra notice are preferred. I am open to short term/month to month as well. Full lease details will be emailed to interested parties.
