The unit is perfect for the single business professional, or a couple with a newborn. The unit is upgraded with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances/fixtures, and hardwood floors. There is also a wood-burning fireplace and a large soaking tub in the master bath. You're walking distance to downtown Rochester, Paint Creek and Clinton River Trails, and the complex itself has everything you could ask for in an apartment community. 24 hour fitness center, tennis and racquetball courts, putting green, car wash, pool, hot tub and sauna. I have loved living here for the past 2 and 1/2 years however I'm moving to Chicago to pursue a new career opportunity and need to break my lease. My particular unit is in high-demand and I was on a long waiting list before one became available, so I don't expect it to last long. I'm looking for someone to move in by 9/1, or sooner.
