Rent is $1550 per month + $1550 security deposit + septic $20 + water meter fee of $10.50. Tenants are responsible for electric and water. Applicants will need to fill out a rental application online that can be sent via email. Applicants must be able to pass a background check (no evictions or criminal background), provide proof of income (must make at least 3x the rental amount), and not owe any utility companies.
