My partner and I own this studio, and loved living here. We've had to move out of state for a few years, and we're looking for someone to live in our condo while we're away. This place is in the heart of it. What we enjoyed most about living in this condo was being walking distance from so much. Morning jog? You're half a mile from the lake trail. Long day at work? Don't feel like cooking? Easy. Park, drop you bag, and you're just a few minutes walk from great Italian food, fresh sushi or killer cocktails. Need a pint of ice cream or a loaf of bread? You're a five minute walk from Whole Foods. Of course, you're also walking distance from most downtown offices. The condo is mostly furnished. It has a couch and chairs, tables, lamps, and a grab-bag of kitchen stuff. It does NOT have a bed - but who wants a used mattress anyway? For the most part, it's what you see in the listing pictures (minus the paintings - not exactly our taste, those were from the listing when we bought the unit a few years ago). We left most of what we had been using there, ready for whoever is taking our place while we're away. There's a new AC and a nest thermostat. There's and in-unit washer and dryer. There's covered, gated parking. There's a front desk and a package room. We're flexible with terms for the right person.
