The owner pays trash and lawn care. Tenant would be responsible to pay for oil heat, electric for unit, water, sewer and share in snow removal.
This unit is currently vacant, to view the unit you may come to our office located at 1433 W Main St Ephrata during our business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM Monday-Friday to pick up a key and view the unit during that timeframe. To take pick up a key to view the unit, you will need to bring with you your photo ID/drivers license. If you have interest after viewing the unit you would then need to complete a rental application and be approved through our screening process. There is a $30 non-refundable fee that covers your credit (minimum credit score of 600) and criminal background screenings. We also verify that your household income has three times the rent amount after taxes (net). We do not count unemployment as income. No bankruptcy, short sale, or foreclosure within the last 2 years. Your application will be automatically denied if you have any current or previous landlord tenant actions against you or any evictions. We do not allow any co-signors! We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
Once your application is approved, it is good on all of our properties for 90 days.
