The Tommy Thompson Trail head is easily accessed for a nice bike ride or walk continuing out over the trestle spanning Padilla Bay where your sure to see seals. "Little Chicago" is on the west side of the marina where you can browse the fare sold from local food trucks. Many little local pocket beaches within easy walking, riding or driving distance. Sometimes you will see baby seals on the beach waiting for their mothers to return with a meal. The house has hard floors throughout, laundry closet and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a powder room. Bedroom one has a queen bed with a TV, open closet system and windows looking North with peek a boo views of Guemes channel and tanker traffic. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a double bed, open closet area with windows facing South over backyard. Powder room is situated between the two bedrooms. Downstairs is the Main bathroom with a shower. Home was built in 1905 and has been updated throughout but is a classic Shotgun style layout. Front entry thru the Living Room, into the Dining Area, then thru the Kitchen area and finally into a back sitting area where the laundry closet and main bathroom is located and where you can exit to the backyard.
