The subway system is 1/2 block away and once in it, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. It is a fully furnished apartment and we pay for all the utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on the street and requires a parking permit from the City of Rochester ($30/year + $8 app fee). There is coin operated laundry on the backside of our main apartment building which is accessible 24/7. We take care of all the snow and lawn care. We offer both long term and short term leasing options. With a short term lease, you only required to give us a 7 day notice to vacate. There is no application fee.
