Shared full kitchen, deck covered patio, as well as a washer and dryer. There is a lot of extra storage space throughout the home too. We have access to a community pool and jacuzzi, and there is a paved bike path a 5 minute walk away that leads out to Goleta beach and UCSB. We currently have a friendly lab and a cat that live here, additional pets may be considered as long as they got along with the current animal residents.
