Needs work, but is perfect for someone looking to customize a house with great bones into the home of their own. The roof and gutters are newer, and the basement stays dry. The interior needs work, but it is ready for hammers and nails. One of the biggest positives about this house is that there have been no major structural revisions, so the original architectural vision is still intact. The floor plan is breezy, with various unique features. The smaller kitchen is compensated for by a cabinet-filled pantry (with sink). Multiple rooms have vintage gas-burning installments (although operating gas lines do not currently run to them). The front porch overlooks historic Oak Hill Park.
