What the owner loves about this home
This house found me 12 years ago on Facebook. I fell in love with it immediately. Sure, it's old and needs work, but it's solid. Better built than new houses. I had it leveled in 2019, and some subfloor replaced. The new roof and solar went up in Sept 2023. Attic insulation was blown in in Dec 2023. The new gas lines and all new plumbing went in in March 2024. Along with the gas wall heater and brand new gas stove. The old leaded glass windows should probably be updated but it would take away from the charm of this old house. I've done what I can for the old gal, but I need to get back home. I just want to find someone who will love my house as much as I do!
