We are convenient to I75, I575, and Hwy 92. This is a in-law-suite located in our home. The entrance has French doors and is located on the side of the house giving privacy. The neighborhood has large wooded lots. The ceilings are 11 feet. The bedroon is large and can easily accommodate a King size bed and furniture. It is freshly painted and we bought a new stove and microwave in March. All utilities and the internet are included. This is for 1 person only. No smoking or candles. The lease is month to month. The only months you cannot move are December and January, because it is hard to find a new renter for those months.
