2 Cottonwood Lane. Story. This charming cabin built in 2005, sits upon a park like double lot. Nestled in tall Ponderosa pines and aspen trees it has a state park like yard with deer, turkey, and squirrels visiting daily. The cabin is in the beautiful mountain hamlet of Story, and Sheridan is only a 20 mile drive to shopping, medical services, and a small airport. It has a county approved septic tank, and a great well. In the last 4 years it has had several upgrades inside and out. It has a new metal roof, skylight in the kitchen, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans in the great room as well as bedrooms, custom made window shutters, wood burning stove, and fenced fruit orchard. We have purchased top of the line kitchen appliances, and a 50 gallon hot water heater which was installed 5/12/2016. A new soap stone wood burning stove with blower supplements winter heating costs. The cabin has an older outside storage shed 8'x9', and a newer storage shed 10'x12'. It doesn't have a garage, but there are places on the lot to build one. HOA is around $210/ year, it takes care of snow removal, and upkeep of the road. Picnic table, firepit, and remaining firewood will be left.
