Exterior: This is a nice size duplex thats blue with white trim. The house has a small front yard with a nice size back yard. The main roof is set at a high slop and the asphalt shingles are in good condition. The back half is at a much lesser slop and they used asphalt sheets. The portion right over the back room is leaking. The backyard is enclosed with a security/privacy fence. Interior: The main entry has a stairway that leads up to the upper unit and to the left is the first floor unit. Downstairs: The living room 13x13 has nice hard wood floors that that with a little varnish will be beautiful. The walls are wood paneled. The Kitchen 15x16 has vinyl floor tile and a drop ceiling. The kitchen cabinets can use an upgrade. The dining room 12x12.5 has a good hardwood floor and a working fire place along with a drop ceiling. Both the bedrooms have hardwood floors and wood paneled walls. The measurements are 8x11.5 and 15x10. There is an additional room to the back of the house thats like a den it is 18x16 there is some water damage to the ceiling from the leak in the roof and some of the floor tile need to be replaced.
